The room was clean, comfy, and had plenty of tea and coffee. Breakfast was good and really set me up for the day. It's super close to the university area and even better, the manager seemed like an old friend by the time i left. A real gem for travelers!

Convenient Stay for Concert-Goers!
The room was super comfy and clean. The continental breakfast was just what I needed to kick off my day. Met the manager, who was really friendly, was like I'd known him forever! Just a bit of a trek up the stairs, though, and some remote buttons were dodgy.

A Good Break in Hull!
Loved my weekend stay! The room was super clean and the continental breakfast kept me energized all day. The pub downstairs was a great spot to unwind while catching some sports. Don't miss the games night! Remember to ask for a quieter room away from the pub.

Had a blast with friends! Great base to explore places like The Deep aquarium and Beverley Racecourse. Room was spacious with decent amenities, and loved the breakfast options. The bar downstairs was fun, especially during the evenings. Plenty of shops nearby and a bus stop directly across helped us get around easily!
One downside was the noise from the pub below, it could get a bit loud at times, especially if you're not into Sky Sports.

I recently stayed here and was really impressed by the revamped room with a comfy bed and a lovely big shower. I enjoyed some downtime in the cozy lounge area and the beautiful garden, which was a great place to relax. The only downside was a slight noise from the hallway, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. I’d definitely recommend this spot for a good value getaway! 😊

Comfortable room with great breakfast variety
I enjoyed my stay with a well-appointed double room that offered plenty of tea and coffee options. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of cereals, fresh fruits, and pastries that catered to different preferences. The staff were great. I found the WiFi connection in my room to be slightly unreliable at times.
